Worst company ever. - Executive Imarticus Learning Employee Review

Dear Current Employee, Thank you for your feedback. We are committed to creating a good work environment, and we are sorry that you are not having a positive experience at Imarticus. We recognize that in order to grow, we must grow our employees as well. As a result, we have offered multiple growth opportunities to our employees, from internal promotions to a structured yearly appraisal process. We offered over 20 promotions in the last year itself - that's over 15% of our workforce!! I want to point out a couple of facts: - Our salaries have consistently been paid on time. Please let us know when there was an error with yours and we shall research this rare instance immediately. - Our management, like anyone else, has goals that they need to achieve along with external business development as well. The firm has grown over 100% in the last year itself, and it is due to a committed management team who is continuously working to expand the Imarticus footprint. Dry fruits were the chosen option by a survey, however, we are sorry that you did not appreciate our small token, or appreciate the festivities and employee get together for Diwali.
