The opportunity to grow an IT network. Access to multiple large Networks with a wide variety of manufacturers and solutions.

Engineers and Team leaders keep leaving the company. I saw 3 engineers leaving in less than one year in a 5-6 people team. No processes or proper documentation. Colleagues will not offer proper training or support. I was told that it wasn't a field engineer role but the main duties involved cabling both in comms rooms and office environment. I was asked to do a ridiculous amount of overtime but I wasn't allowed to be 10 even minutes late, even if it was a train's fault and I let my line manager know.
