Poor management - Production Associate Imerys Employee Review

Poor management, no communication, they expect you to know everything and be aware of things they have not let you be aware of…..set schedules without letting you know and make you work when they please without notice like a 16 hour shift at the last minute….then they expect your attitude to be happy 24 7 and talk garbage behind each others backs like they have nothing better to do in life. Best advice is to avoid this place at all costs if you value your life or time.
