The boss will never be someone you can disagree with even if you're right. Your career prospects depends on a hostile owner of the company who expects you to always say she's right with no arguments, or you will be insulted and yelled at. Everyone who isnt a new recruit (except accounts) contributes to the worst work environments I've seen and the whole company is a mess. If you are a kickstarter, you will get no training and will be thrown into the deep end. They don't have a network you can use to make file sharing easier, they don't have a comprehensive tracker of the current state of progress in the office and you will be yelled at for being part of a disorganised mess they created in the first place Also the boss still makes us use paper files and expects one single person to be able to make and maintain a database for the whole company within a couple month timeframe, which unfortunately makes her angry when her poor planning falls through. I'm doing fine here despite this. The office sees many people come, and immediately quit cos of how unreasonable everything is and I don't blame them.
