Family atmosphere. Everyone is easy to get along with. Little to no micro-managing. People are very respectful of one another. Absolute great fit for my personal situation.

Onboarding and training for new employees is lacking. Org chart is sometimes unclear and career paths are sometimes undefined.

I have been working at Immersion for two years and absolutely love it! If you are looking for a challenge and want to learn and grow - this is the place for you. The work environment is collegial and management is supportive and encouraging. My opinions and business solutions are valued and I have the opportunity to manage my projects and accounts.

If you are looking for a organized company with direct supervision - Immersion is probably a good fit. Also if you are not a self starter, the environment at Immersion would be a challenge,
