Disappointed in Company's Infrastructure - Anonymous employee Immersion Consulting Employee Review

There is no structure to Immersion and the company gives no incentive to stay. I was never provided feedback and the overall company infrastructure seemed scattered and disorganized. If I ever had an HR question, I would have to wait several weeks to receive a response. Additionally, they don't seem to communicate at headquarters.The company runs exactly like a mom and pop shop. It's a great place to work if you need something to tide you over.
