Great colleagues in the same department who collaborated effectively as a team, although they eventually all departed as well. Good manager.
Cons
Unrealistic expectations were imposed on the backend team, and their pay was cut even when they met their KPIs, simply because the sales department underperformed. Actions contradicted the company's stated vision, prioritizing short term profit over integrity & welfare.
