Pros
I have been working at Imminent for 2 months now, and I found it to be a very good company with a reasonable and sympathetic management. The managers do all that they can to look out for their employees. I have two young children and had to go get them from daycare a few times. The managers were always accommodating and even texted me later to find out if I needed help with anything. That is more than you can ask. I have never worked with management that cares this much about their staff. The company pays a good bonus structure. Overall there’s a lot of good communication. The colleagues are also very supportive and help you out in doing a good job.
Cons
Idk, there’s not much wrong with it. But the company is really what the employees make it. If you go in with a bad attitude, you can make the whole office environment toxic. But people who are good and supportive can even turn a bad day into a pleasant one for their co-workers.
