Pros
People are fantastic. Everyone I work with are engaged and genuinely passionate and motivated about their work. You learn a lot and are given a lot of responsibility.
Cons
Very poor pay when compared to other Biotechs. This has been brought to the attention of management multiple times over the past few years. This is probably a contributing factor as Immunocore struggle to retain talent and recruit. Despite being a company based in the UK some departments are managed from the US creating unrealistic expectations and challenging deadlines.
