      Warm, inclusive and supportive environment - founders are lovely, hands on and really supportive - clear paths laid out for progression - always a fun atmosphere and one that celebrates individual success as a company! Very high standard of service to clients

      Pros

      Great team - everyone looks after each other and the culture is inclusive, positive and fun. Strong Management - Encouraging leaders and both founders really value their team

      Cons

      Recruitment is a tough market at the moment in general but what's great about Impact is everyone has a common goal and all your efforts are appreciated, even if they don't always land the way you want.
