Recruitment is a tough market at the moment in general but what's great about Impact is everyone has a common goal and all your efforts are appreciated, even if they don't always land the way you want.

The list of pros are endless for Impact. I have spent the last 4 years working here and in this time, I have been promoted twice and my career has been nourished and supported every step of the way. Everyone is encouraged to be authentic and themselves- our individuality, diversity & our way of recruiting is what truly makes us stand out from the crowd. From events (social and professional), to flexible working, endless support from management, employee recognition, training and so much more are what made my time at Impact so enjoyable and beneficial to me as a Recruiter. Lastly, the clients we partner with and the candidates we attract make the job exciting and rewarding. Safe to say I'm going to miss it!
