A bit top-heavy for such a small company. Towards the end of my tenure, there were too many cooks and not enough chefs.

As someone who has worked in Government, in Corporate and had success running their own startup, I've seen the underbelly of companies all over South Africa, Australia and South East Asia. Impact Data is an exceptional company filled with major talent and nourishing culture. The open, honest and caring culture is set, cultivated and maintained by the founders and senior management. Uplifting, caring and engaged language is the daily norm. People are treated as humans and are rewarded for hard and smart work. Failures are not punished but treated as learning experiences. I love working for Impact Data!

The milk in the fridge is slightly funky! But still good for a coffee.
