Cons
It's hard work with time deadlines, due to the demands of our clients.
Learning new skills within the garment design industry. Studying pop-culture as well as access to a profound library of rare musical and visual memorabilia. Setting new trends within the merchandise world.
Cons
Contending with terrible management personnel. Management's lack of respect for artists craftsmanship and talents. Favoritism for female employees resides deeply throughout the business. Hostile working environment that panders to the lowest common denominator. Pirating of imagery and music was used daily and re-sold back into the retail world. Glass-ceiling based business, no possible way to move up financially as well as acquiring new skills.
