No project management of any kind. Imperx once held a lead in high-end camera designs, back in days when CCD-based cameras dominated the market. That marked share has been lost to CMOS-based cameras now, and this trend is accelerating. Imperx did not put enough effort in staying competitive, and for a small company its very difficult to catch up, once that lead is lost.

Makes cameras used at NASA. Pay OK depending on position.

All white work force. No diversity. Biased attitudes. Employees mostly from old Soviet bloc countries. Arrogant and incompetent management. High turnover for American employees. Backwards processes, technology and equipment hinders growth.
