Unprofessional payment practices lead to stress and caution - Full Stack Developer Impetrosys Software Solution Employee Review

I worked at Impetrosys for 1 month as a part-time employee with a signed offer letter. Despite completing my work, I have not received my payment to this day. Every time I followed up with the owner, I was told it would be paid "as soon as possible" — but that promise was never kept. I have the offer letter as proof of my employment and the agreed salary. It is extremely unprofessional for a company to delay salary payments while giving repeated false assurances. As a part-time worker, I relied on that income and this experience was both financially and mentally stressful. I would strongly advise job seekers — especially freshers and part-timers — to be cautious before joining. Get everything in writing and make sure payment terms are clear. Not recommended.
