Pros
Some truly hard-working and dedicated colleagues. Large potential for growth if they invest in their employees and retain good talent.
Cons
As a former employee of Impilo, I feel compelled to share my honest experience with the company. I recently resigned, and I must say that working there was far from a positive experience. First and foremost, the working environment at Impilo is extremely challenging. The lack of effective communication and support from management created an atmosphere of constant frustration. It often felt like a struggle to get clear answers or guidance on projects, leading to a sense of disorganization and confusion among the team. The company's commitment to employee well-being is severely lacking. There is a blatant disregard for work-life balance, with unrealistic expectations and tight deadlines becoming the norm. I witnessed colleagues facing burnout due to the excessive workload and pressure. Moreover, the company culture at Impilo is non-existent and toxic. There's a noticeable lack of appreciation for employees' efforts, and constructive feedback is seldom provided. The overall morale within the team is low, which negatively impacts collaboration and creativity. During my time at Impilo, I also observed questionable business practices. There seemed to be a lack of transparency in certain dealings, and the prioritization of profit over ethical considerations was concerning. In conclusion, I decided to resign from Impilo because I could no longer tolerate the unhealthy work environment and the lack of respect for employees. I would advise potential job seekers to think twice before joining this company, as the negatives far outweigh any potential benefits. There are undoubtedly better opportunities out there with organizations that prioritize their employees' well-being and foster a positive work culture.
