Flexible work environment overshadowed by instability and politics - Senior Manager Impinj Employee Review

No employer is perfect but Impinj makes genuine effort to be the most inclusive employer out there. I can voice my perspectives, have productive dialogue, and really work with my team on the stuff that matters; not focus on office politics or things that take away from my ability to perform my best.

Interesting and impactful work. Work-life balance. PTO 5-6 weeks. No return to office policy. Flexible schedule. Consistently dominant market position and leading the tech. Engineering talent within the company is above average and many engineers are exceptionally skilled. Pay is very good (the only people who seem to disagree are software engineers comparing to companies like Google). I'm making 3x what I made five years ago as an engineer at another company in the greater Seattle area. I've worked several places in several different states over my career. Impinj is the best job I've ever had.

Titles are inflated by one level. Volatile stock price (can be good or bad, depending). I've looked at cons from other reviewers, and I disagree with most of them. Some of them are just plain wrong.
