Pros
Great team, and management. Fantastic new work facility & environment. Lunch catered once a week. The team works well together, and no office politics. Very refreshing. This is the best company in the industry in terms of product/services offered and customer service.
Cons
Sales focus is more on quantity than quality. Sales reps that produce new month to month (MTM) subscriptions are recognized on the weekly sales board, plus given spiffs. Sales reps that convert MTM subscribers into PREPAID longer term accounts that generate more revenue for the company are not rewarded other than the commission that is generated from the sale. A lot of inbound calls from India & South America which do not convert to sales. Lead generation efforts could be better focused, and revenue would explode!
