      Pros

      Good job training for entry level positions. Great opportunity to gain experience and get that permanent position.

      Cons

      Very top down management style. It is their way or the Highway. Little to no communication with the management team about what is going on with the various projects and the people.

      - No performance evaluations/real opportunities for growth - Very little resources provided to the recruitment team, with extremely high expectations - High turnover-senior members are basically new hires - Burnout culture - Transactional relationships with hiring managers - Low pay, no benefits - Nepotism
