Pros

he company operates in a fast-paced environment that encourages adaptability, problem-solving, and continuous learning. Leadership is approachable, and there are opportunities to contribute beyond the traditional scope of the role. The culture values collaboration, and I've had the chance to build strong relationships across departments.

Cons

As with many growing companies, priorities can shift quickly, which sometimes creates ambiguity and requires frequent reprioritization. The pace may not be ideal for those seeking a highly structured environment, and workload can fluctuate during busy periods.

Pros

The people: The team is genuinely brilliant but also kind and willing to help. Autonomy & ownership: High autonomy and real ownership from day one. If you're a builder who can navigate ambiuity and figure things out without a playbook, you'll thrive. You're trusted to own your work end to end. The mission: Tackling a space that's been dominated by legacy players. It's exciting to build something modern in an industry that's overdue for it.

Cons

If you don't enjoy working through ambiguity, you'll find the environment challenging. Very rarely are things spelled out in a way that can we worked through like a checklist. The pace and volume of work can feel chaotic if you get sucked in to just putting out fires and not building systemic fixes.
