Poor management, monthly redundancies - Anonymous employee Improbable Employee Review

This company is run by immature leadership that have no idea what they are doing nor a long term vision. They decide to run impromptu redundancy rounds almost quarterly because they can’t properly plan and have no care for the staff. Sometimes they even have to try and hire people back because of these rash decisions! The organisation is headed in a very bad direction and would advise candidates to avoid.
