While we are thankful that you took the time to share your feedback so that we may improve, without any details surrounding your claims/comments, we find it hard to address your concerns. We only go to customer's homes when they agree to an appointment with us. Our appointment vetting and confirmation process is quite stringent to ensure that we are not wasting our time, or that of the customer. Our representatives are trained to accept a "no" as graciously as they accept a "yes". Again, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
