Really close, really supportive team environment Employees of every level are encouraged to provide ideas and input regardless of title CEO genuinely cares about the people that work here Flexible schedules and ability to telecommute 2 days per week Impulsify Red Fridays!!! And paid, team-building happy hours!

Cons

It's a startup, so we are all underpaid Workload is intense Can't really think of anything else. It's an awesome place to work.

I have unlimited PTO, fantastic heath benefits, and I’m surrounded by one of the best groups of people I’ve ever worked with.

Cons

If you don’t like the family vibe - this isn’t for you. Everyone here cares about you and if you prefer work/life separation this isn’t for you.

They will buy your love if you play them right.

Cons

They embezzled money and working for the owner Janine was impossible. I hear she was fired for the shady books but many folks still work there that follow her poor practices.
