Pros
I saw people who made over $2000 per week in bonuses. When I first started with the company, I was making well over $1,000 in bonuses. They really encourage their staff and are very supportive. The fact that they cover your transportation and lodging makes it easy to hop on a plane with a one or two day notice. I have never seen people who are new to politics make so much money. I've worked on campaigns in high positions for a fraction of what I made at In Field.
Cons
Contracts can be long, so it may be a while before you get to fly home, but when you go home, your pockets are heavy enough to hold you down as long as you want.
