Pros

-Sometimes get to sample products -Treats brought in

Cons

If you had a boyfriend/husband who was the slightest bit attractive (not even), theres a good chance he was probably sleeping around with a group of girls. it was an STD cess pool; I was afraid to drink from the water cooler! People got high at work, stole the trimmings and glove hash all the time. The pay and the raises were a joke! I had a bad feeling about this place after I was hired after my former boss said “you were the best interviewer I ever had.” I was never challenged or felt passionate about the work.

Pros

If you’re in the area and want to work with cannabis it’s a good way to get your foot in the door and transition later elsewhere with the experience.

Cons

Some managers were great some were terrible that don’t have any business being in their roles.

Pros

Cool people, clipping the plants.

Cons

Low pay. Leave exhausted. No samples. Corporate and lame. Unorganized. Tons of failed crops. Not what you think... You don't learn to grow weed you're basically a plant janitor who occasionally clips plants. 90% of the work is sweeping, mopping, scrubbing tables. There's no culture, little room for advancement and even then the hourly is maybe a few dollars more. How they managed to make this industry lame is beyond me but they have done it. Lack of job security, company gets bought out you get laid off. Not federally legal which makes you subject for arrest. Could become illegal at any time. In grown is barely making a profit I'd be surprised if they're still standing in the next 10 years. Tons of surveillance, can't smoke on premise. Industry hasn't been established yet, so policy changes every 20 minutes. High turn over rate in the industry. 55% will leave within 1 year. Also no guarantee on what those lights will do to your health long term.
