There's no culture, little room for advancement and even then the hourly is maybe a few dollars more. How they managed to make this industry lame is beyond me but they have done it. Lack of job security, company gets bought out you get laid off. Not federally legal which makes you subject for arrest. Could become illegal at any time. In grown is barely making a profit I'd be surprised if they're still standing in the next 10 years. Tons of surveillance, can't smoke on premise. Industry hasn't been established yet, so policy changes every 20 minutes. High turn over rate in the industry. 55% will leave within 1 year. Also no guarantee on what those lights will do to your health long term.
