Pros

- You are provided with a company phone and laptop. - Can provide telehealth supervision if approved.

Cons

- Minimum billable requirements change and can be anywhere from 25-30 per week. (COVID or BCBA's leaving the company is often used as a reason to increase the billable requirement) - Large caseloads ranging from 22-26 clients, unmanageable workload. - Lack of support from upper management, will listen to employees needs but will not act on them. - You are required to do much more than what your job description entails - Pay is low compared to other ABA companies - Environment is very "cliquey"
