5yWe are blown away by your kind words! Thank you for sharing your positive experience with us! I'm not sure if you're aware but we recently added birthdays to our paid time off plan. In addition, we now offer a PTO day as part of our employee referral program! We also increased our PTO so that RBTs now have the ability to earn up to 80 hours of PTO per year (that's a 100% increase!).
