Pros
I still think about this company as one of the best places I worked at. There was a real care and compassion for each kid. They have a trampoline, really big open space, swing set, sensory room, library, play ground. If I didn’t have to move away I would probably still be working at that company. They also do weekly paychecks and really care about work life balance and each employee.
Cons
I don’t really have cons. I’m sad that not every company is like this one.
