Pros
The mission to help non English speaking and deaf patients gain access to healthcare through communication (interpreting) speaks to me. We are helping the hospitals we serve, to understand how crucial this is and work with them on improving the patient experience.
Cons
The company is growing but at this time there is not a lot of opportunity to grow into management unless you have a lot of patience and even then, despite hard work and tenure, it is not guaranteed. I would recommend coming on board if you are interested in starting at the bottom. There are much fewer opportunities if you enter at mid-level or higher.
