      Pros

      At the company we work with fantastic brands, and since I am relatively new in design, I am allowed to work on my own ideas and they are open to my input. There is a very friendly atmosphere at the studio.

      Cons

      Occasionally, they ask to work more than office hours, but other than that, everything in the company is perfect
