Unsupportive HR team, teacher’s pay is nowhere near reflective of teachers pay scale outside of the Charity. The curriculum Keeps changing and managers don’t listen to the staff on the ground about what is/isn’t working. What was once an exceptional and unique place for disabled young people, has now lots it’s charm. Execs seem to have well furnished offices, whilst enablers aren’t provided adequate equipment or resources to meet the needs of the students. Whenever staff raise concerns, they get fobbed off by managers who think they know better.
