      Pros

      I've worked for a number of small companies, and this is easily the best experience I've had. I enjoy the work and I feel like I get the support I need from my boss and management without being micromanaged. I love the flexibility and the fact that my time outside the office is respected.

      Cons

      Small companies mean a lot of responsibility, sometimes the workload is a lot.

      My colleagues! Everyone at InHerSight is so passionate, compassionate, diligent, and visionary. We are all striving towards the same mission, and it's so empowering being surrounded by such supportive and hard-working people. I also know that my contributions are valued and ideas heard. This is the best place I have ever worked.
