Best Work Team - Anonymous employee InMod Employee Review

I've been employed by Inmod for almost 3 years, and I can say that this is by far the best job I've ever had! The work environment is fast-paced, and each day you learn something new. I never find that I am "bored" or sick of the day-to-day desk job, because every day is different. There is always something productive to do, so the day goes by fairly quickly, even after being here for a few years. But most importantly, the office environment is small and close-knit. If you want your co-workers to become like your second family, then this is the place for you! I look forward to coming to work each day, and it is my lovely team of co-workers that makes me want to put forth my best efforts at any given task.

At times there can be a lot of work to juggle each day - I wouldn't necessarily call this a "con," but it requires you to be strict with your time management skills at all times. This job requires someone who is good at pacing themselves at a productive level, without being prompted by others.

Inmod has a very laid back feel. Because it is an online based company the attire is casual and so are the attitudes. Management are not ball busters and don't micro manage so you are able to work within a system in a way that you feel comfortable. There are three main people in management and they all have different personalities and management styles making them easy to talk to. I honestly enjoyed going to work. I can't speak for others, but personally all three of these guys have gone out of their way for me on several occasions and I would have no problem, even now calling up and asking for a favor or recommendation from any of them.

Most of the cons associated with Inmod are due to the size of the company. Because it is a smaller company some of the perks one may get working in a corporate environment are not available.
