Poor Management, No procedure to correct problem - Manager InPhenix Employee Review

Thank you for the feedback. Please note that the vast majority of our employees are US citizens or green card holders. In fact only few percentage of employees hold a work visa. We always hope that every new hire will work with us for a long period of time and over 80% of our core team has worked together at Inphenix for over 8 years. In fact all of our managers have been promoted from within Inphenix and all started working at Inphenix from an entry level. Of course, unfortunately, there is always some natural attrition as in any company.
