Pros

I'm less than two months in and already feel very settled – a lot of effort has gone into building an onboarding process so that new joiners quickly feel part of the team. The company fully embraces remote working and there is no micromanagement of time, you are trusted and given the autonomy to get on with your work. The founders Felix and Nik are very open to feedback including new tools/initiatives to boost productivity. I really like InPlanet's culture which includes fun initiatives so that staff spend time with each other that isn't focused on work. The company organises offsites so that we have regular opportunities to spend time together in person. Finally and most importantly, there is an energy from everyone in the company that stems from our goal to remove gigatons of CO2 from the atmosphere while regenerating tropical soils. Its a pleasure to work alongside people who share the same motivation.

Cons

The company is growing fast which naturally comes with a some growing pains. Personally I find the challenge exciting, but recognise that it isn't everyone's cup of tea.

Pros

Great environment and really good people to work with. The culture is collaborative and everyone is open to helping each other out. Leadership is approachable and supportive, and there's a clear effort to make sure we feel heard. Work-life balance is respected, and there’s room to grow if you take initiative. Overall, it’s a place where you feel comfortable being yourself and doing your best work

Cons

Like any company, there are always things to improve, but I’ve seen openness to feedback and willingness to make changes

Pros

Highly motivated and collaborative team that truly believes in the company’s mission. Flexible remote work culture. Fast-paced and dynamic environment with many opportunities to grow and learn. Open and transparent communication across the organization.

Cons

As a growing startup, the benefits package is still developing and may not yet match those of more established companies (e.g., healthcare coverage). Some growing pains — this can be both a pro and a con, as it provides room to implement your own ideas, but the workload can become intense at times.
