9yThanks for your feedback. Since mid-2016, we've taken steps to alleviate some of the concerns you cited. We use Officevibe to track anonymous and ongoing employee feedback on various metrics. Compensation is evaluated as part of the Satisfaction category and the current Satisfaction score is 8.3/10, putting InRule in the 95th percentile of Officevibe user companies. We continue to track market standards for salary and make every effort to be competitive. With regard to communication, InRule recognizes the importance of communication and transparency and holds monthly town hall meetings to keep the whole team informed of key developments and news.
