      Good benefits, nice location and the work itself is great.

      Cons

      Intense controller, demanding coworkers, strict work environment, no room for fun. Can't compliment people for their help. Very bizarre overall.

      401K matching, great career opportunities, company perks (free lunch, yoga, massages, summer outings, happy hour's), CEO has a personal relationship with each employee and is always accessible, if interested in a new role there's opportunities to switch, high salary, beautiful office, recently updated gym.

      Cons

      Remote work is not favorable.
