It's a renovated restaurant with horrible foundation to work with. New kitchen equipment next to old equipment that was "infested" with roaches (technician's words, not mine) Failed health inspection 4 times before even having food present in the restaurant Hands off chefs. 2 weeks before open and don't have recipes Management is rude and unprofessional. Refused to pay for agreed upon work after completion HR and DOO are both miserable to interact with. I wouldn't recommend this as a job for anybody, or as a restaurant to eat at Ps: I know my review is identifying based on my experiences I mentioned. If the managers or owners see this: I hope my texas workforce commission claim encourages you to follow labor laws
