      Great opportunity to be creative and cultivate relationships. Along with doing innovative work.

      Fast paced learning, and the office location was far.

      Get access to a large project/code base to tinker with, can learn from it if you take initiative.

      Cons

      Not much encouragement, CEO is demanding (but since there is 0 pay there is no incentives), company does not have high prospects.
