Pros
Literally zeros pros for this intern role.
Cons
This offers zero help to kick off your career in the tech field. I thought that I would be doing what I wanted but instead, the CEO Om, decides on what you do by tweeting, posting on social media, and just doing busy work. He made me do a social post that was only 4 sentences but it ended up taking 2 hours to post it. The company has 2 meetings everyday but there supposed be quick meetings but they end up to be 2 to 3 hours long which takes up majority of your day. These meetings are long, boring, useless, you end up falling asleep or play with your phone, which does not help at all trying to be productive with your "actual work". Everyone that works at InspirAve are all interns because the company is dead broke with no investors and Om does not pay at all. He says that he will, but by the time he does, you will be wanting to leave after the first day of work. Om loves to micromanage every little thing with the company which ends up being terrible, because he does not know how to manage everything well. It is disaster. Om should focus more about investors and financing the company and have solid employees that know what they are doing.
