      Work from home, saves on wear and tare on vehicle and gas, supervisors are good

      Cons

      Expected to work EVERY weekend without rotation, wages are better than minimum, but no compensation for working evenings or weekends.

      Pros

      Good company, loved the people and atmosphere. Had potential. Was a great place to work. I made great friendships. Changes started after new leadership took over... after the company was sold/acquired... the company changed for the worse.

      Cons

      Changes in leadership were constant. CEO, Flint didn't come from Florida to visit was telling sign. I was always afraid when the place would close because it didn't seem like priority despite being told otherwise. Sad.
