      Plenty of opportunities to learn and develop a wide range of skills/business areas - Surrounded by approachable, experienced individuals who are ready to advise or answer any questions. Flexibility - Team discussions where upcoming projects are introduced and assigned; provides the opportunity to get involved in own areas of interest. Open discussions are also held where you can express the skills you would like to develop or acquire. Rapidly expanding - Great to experience a growing team and seeing the impact our efforts make on inbeeo's progress. Suggestions made by employees are valued and taken into account - this can be felt throughout.

      Pros

      Very dynamic, involved and friendly team. There is also a lot of diverse and challenging projects keeping everybody highly motivated with the job. Managers as well as associates are always happy to support and it really helps developing skills. I staid at Inbeeo a year and a half and it was nice to grow with the company. There are more and more employees and despite this evolution Inbeeo keeps its company values.

      Cons

      At some point the management team was maybe a bit young, but they gain experience and a great hiring process fixed this issue.
