Upper Management sucks, It is a call-center environment, employees are lied to and misled, turn-over rate is high because of those things, management doesn't even bat an eye when someone just walks out. Customers are lied to and because of that can get very agitated. They're a dishonest company who uses scare tactics and lies to bait in unsuspecting customers, especially the elderly who are easily taken advantage of. The majority of the company is sales people who don't know how to fix computers, but lie through their teeth to get a sale. The actual techs are overloaded, and machines often end up worse after they have been worked on than before. They implement company wide changes without informing their employees before they do it.
