Pros
There is some flexibility in coming to office - 4 days a week with flexible timing. Weekly mails sent to managers tracking office check-in and out and explanation to be provided in case work from home exceeds 5 days a month.
Cons
- The company is run extremely unprofessionally - the focus is on selling and promoting the CEOs book. The latest book doesn't even mention the company's name... so it's just personal branding. There's hardly ever any conversation about the business.. only the books, which is laughable - Toxic work culture - Toxic senior management that doesn't care about people and employees and shows disrespect to colleagues - Nepotism - family members of the CEO are a part of the core operations which makes the environment unprofessional - NOT a global org - While the HQ is the NJ, it's a global company without any 'global' folks. There are only Indians filled across India and North America, and the culture is to have the Indian work-force available at all times, days or night and on 'Whatsapp' which is considered the official channel of communication. So you can be on calls from 7am until 1am - Employees are treated like doormats, and it doesn't matter how much work or how many hours you put in - you will never be good enough - The environment is deeply unhappy and frustrated - there is a sense of dread and despair going to work from all departments - All positive reviews are forced filled by current employees to cover up negative reviews.. so you can never get the true picture when you look from out side
