1. The senior management in LS is pathetic. They do not care about the employees at all. 2. You will be threatened every other day regarding firings or demotions by your manager. 3. The managers will never come to the office but will ask you to come to the office daily. Even if you are sick, they will ask you to report because apparently, you are not dead yet. 4. Higher management has no interest in LS Business. They are busy delegating tasks or hosting pointless meetings just to show that calendars are blocked. 5. You will get frustrated in 3 months, if you are planning to join their Life Sciences division.
