Nothing at all. No pros are left in the company since new incompetent people were hired to manage Life Sciences in the past 1-2 years.
Cons
1. No work-life balance. 2. After promising WFH and remote work, they are forcing people to pointlessly come to the office. 3. The mid and high-level management think that they are Gods. They sarcastically comment on people's personal choices which are meaningless. 4. Management is forcing their decisions on people. 5. There is no new business in Life Sciences, and all the management is playing the blame game. 6. There is no employee respect and satisfaction in Incedo. 7. Recently, Inexperienced people have been given high posts, leading to the crumbling down of the entire Life Sciences ecosystem due to incompetence.
