No Ethics and Work Culture - Senior Software Engineer Incedo Employee Review

There is no ethics in this organization as people will say something and do something else (including senior managers and HR). You cannot trust anyone. Three months notice period. Hire and Fire culture. People have been recently hired at significant senior management positions who have completely destroyed the culture and harmony that used to be there in Incedo. No regard for employee hard work and value unless you get involved in dirty politics or regularly boast off your work to the senior management.
