The Senior Management is completely worthless. Managers do not know how to talk to people or clients. There are no projects in the company and they are firing people recklessly. They have a notice period of 3 months, so people thinking of joining, please reconsider. Their facilities, HR, Infra and every other aspect is worse than a govt. office.
