1) HR like specially Shweta - Gurgaon helps a onboarding employee and solves all the queries. She goes extra mile to provide support to the employee with what capacity she has. 2) Company is growing and there are many high level management who have good vision for the company and having good policies for the employee. 3) Increments are good
Cons
1) Luckily i got reported under a manager who thinks that he is giving job to the team members and behaves very rudely to the team member. 2) He does not like if Test lead is only focusing on the work and getting appreciation from the client. He wants to take all the credits done by his team member. He is for sure spoiling the values which incedo for which the company is working on
