Top management is trying something new with focus on Advance Analytics and AI..
Cons
Currently there is a divide in the company 1. The persons working on Projects and a bit old technologies who are not appreciated. 2. The persons working on AI and Analytics which is not bringing much revenue but are appreciated, given mid-year promotions etc. Also for the 1st group as soon as you project closes/ends next week they will give you 3 months basic salary and ask you to not come from tomorrow... So very low job security
